More fun with Daddy. Believe it or not, we have fun with Mama too, but Daddy isn't much for taking pics, so you'll have to take my word for it! ;)

Anna Claire is growing too quickly. Today I had to stop sibling rivalry between her and the dogs...ESPECIALLY Louie who is a big gentle galoot....he is such the klutz....knocks her down and boy does she get mad!! And she will take the dog ball (gross) and then they'll take it back, infuriating Anna Claire!
I am amazed as I watch her run and jabber. Seems like we just brought her home. That's what they told us though--it'll fly by! We are ready for baby #2 whenever the Lord sees fit....I never knew what a blessing children would be....better than the best I had ever imagined! Although she isn't a teenager yet of course! Still would love to have three or four but my age works against me.
The church people dote on her every time she is around...she's outgoing and I like that. The old folks are amazed at what a good eater she is.....and she really is!!
Balancing motherhood and family life is daunting. I don't always feel like I have it mastered. Heck, MOST of the time I don't feel like I have it mastered!

Last night when I went to put AC in bed I was "shhhhing" her to calm her and she pulls away from me abruptly and says "sssss" with her finger by her nose!
She was playing under the end table today--took a quick break to come sit by me and leaned over for a second or two and kissed me so sweetly
She is starting to dislike doing to bed.
Growing fast--almost in 18 month clothes already!
Says mama, dada, juice (deuce), outside (side), baba (bottle), but not much else--it's starting to worry me a small bit, but she's so smart though, I think she's fine. She obeys commands like crazy - really seeming to understan what I'm asking of her. She's has said other things, but only a few times and then she never says it again--like thank you and "bok bok" (like a chicken).
She loves Cheetos right now and can recognize the bag! Sweet precious tiring days!
