Anna Claire is so adorable (and crazy!) I just took her sandals off and her feet are sweaty so they kind of stick to the laminate flooring---so what does she do? Shes running up and down the hallway, dancing away liking the squeaky sound! :-) cute!

Silly girl - this is the precious smile I so enjoy!

She's definitely messy and I'm having a hard time keeping things clean....like, a really hard time. It's bad. :-(

Pregnancy has been tough--very bad evening nausea although I haven't thrown up. I have no energy, headaches and nausea and am generally miserable. Makes me struggle with mom guilt--don't feel like you can be a good mom when you have nothing to offer. It's been tough. Plus I've had to take more
meds than I did with ac and that worries me even though the doc has approved it all. It's in God's hands I know but I still have to battle concern...very ready for second trimester!

As far as entertainment is concerned, we are raising Anna Claire right - on a diet of Looney Tunes!!!

Sundays are busy days, but we do have some sweet family moments together.  We almost always eat Mexican, because they can get us in and out so quickly.  Anna Claire likes salsa, and has learned that good things come from OUR straws, as opposed to her own juice cup!

Today, in Sunday School, they made a craft - it's Anna Claire's very first church craft.  :)  She liked it!

We were at church early tonight and I was letting ac play in toddler room....caught her picking up a doll and then kissed it on the forehead just as sweet as could be! :-)

Had a conniption fit today when Jessica from church came over earlier to help me clean the house.....Jessica watches her on Tuesday's and she just assumed I must be leaving (I guess!) and she was soooo clingy and whiny! I couldn't barely get anything done!

Dr visit today - Anna Claire was 24 lbs and 33 inches tall.  She got the Prevnar vaccine and feels badly tonight....poor baby. :'-(

Couldn't scold her too terribly when she managed to steal the chocolate syrup from the fridge when I wasn't watching!!  :)  Yummmm....

Yesterday she enjoyed playing with Luke Joyner and Jayden at church.  She always enjoys the kids slightly older than she is. :)

I'm sick and sick and sick--I've caught everything going around for weeks. Quite miserable. It's really wearing on me by this point. New baby is 9 weeks and size of a grape. Had two ultrasounds because of some spotting but both looked good and we are very thankful! Still not sure what Anna Claire will think about having a sibling! :-)

She's learning so much--so precocious! She loves to play he piano, to climb on anything and everything and to destroy mamas house! She will try to mimic words--"up" when holding daddy's hand to step up, "bravo" while watching Tom and Jerry, which she loves! Such a smartie!

She adores getting a shower with her daddy and absolutely falls apart if he won't let her in!

Loves to dip her food--any food--doesn't matter! Everything appears to need ketchup! Also will eat ranch dressing straight! Yuck!! Loves sauces and dips!

She gets attention everywhere--very friendly for the most part--she doesn't appear to bond well with really super strong, bossy type personalities.....we have several friends who just think all kids love them and come on strong with her, and she just will not have anything to do with that! I guess that makes sense though considering how laid back me and her daddy are! :-)

Anna Claire got up at 5:50 today....just a jabbering away. Climbs over daddy and promptly hands me an empty bottle, "mama ju ju" - she's learning to talk and it's adorable!

Had to be put in bed today for a major meltdown over having to come inside. Tears, wailing -the works!

Evening walk today - she enjoyed playing on the incline at the old FBC Ashford building.

Yesterday she said "mine for what I think is the first time.

Starting to really show personality--I think she takes after her daddy--has a serious mischievous streak and likes to pester! Will try to bite my toe when I'm not looking or put things in her mouth that she knows not to....will pinch my cheeks (ow!) and grab my nose (double ow!). And cackle and grin when I protest! Silly girl!

Had started wrinkling her nose, opening her mouth wide and shutting her eyes (sometimes even while walking!)--this has resulted in a few bumps!!
