From mom: J went down outside the gate with AC and Junia to collect flowers and shells. 😊 E thought they were leaving her. We Had to catch them with the golfcart. Then he had to hold E. Ju isnt gonna be left out either. :)

Awesome evening of celebrating the true meaning of Easter.  Andy did an incredible job starting a new tradition of making the "Empty Tomb Cookies."  I've always wanted to try them, and it was a wonderful object lesson!

Here the girls are "sealing the tomb" to wait until morning to open!

(Of course we had to dye eggs too!)

Oh, and Eliza is proud of wearing Juliana's slippers......she was modeling....

Juliana is ready for her Easter party! (Even though her face says otherwise!)

Yesterday, Hannah brought over her sweet new baby, Elliette Rose.  All the girls were enamored with such a tiny baby, but Juliana especially was just amazed by her!  She's been talking about "Baby Elephant" coming back to see her ever since!!  

She was so sweet and gentle with her......loves babies!

3-21-16

Welp, I did this tonight.  Good job, Rhonda.  I was tired and saw the light turn green and hit the gas.  Well, it was the TURN signal, not the light.  ::FAIL::

I get in the van with Andy and the girls when they came to pick me up and Juliana says, "Mama, why did you break Daddy's truck?" Talk about turning on the guilt!!

3-19-16 - Preschool Easter Egg Hunt

Fun Easter Egg Hunt at church today!  Hard to believe that this is Anna Claire's last one with the preschool department.  :-(  She hung with Kohen the whole time and enjoyed herself immensely.  Juliana proved to be a VERY good egg hunter.  She let the madness pass her by, then she looked for the better-hidden eggs that other people overlooked.  I was VERY impressed!

 Juliana hates being made to take her picture.  Instead of just smiling and getting it over with, this is what she gives me.  One day she will regret it! haha!!

Eliza's first Easter party! All three girls have worn this dress - I believe I have a picture of all three in the same spot! (Need to look for those and compare!) :-)

Cute little St. Patrick's Day girls:




Anna Claire was told to go brush her teeth--she makes the "ok" sign with her fingers and says "capisce, mom, capisce!" Cracked me up!!!

Juliana weighs 33 pounds and is skinny as a rail. Cute as a button, which is what she even says abut herself when she likes an outfit....she will say, "Daddy (or whoever) will think I'm cute as a button!" And she is....

Juliana has come SO FAR socially. She's really come out of her shell and rarely rebuffs people like she used to. She still tends to be moody at times, but is say that she's 75% better. This is her getting some love from Jean Lane at the senior adult luncheon the other day....I couldn't believe it....


Eliza is still the most sensitive child we've had so far. She will then the tears on in an instant of things don't go her way! Hahahahahaha! Sometimes I have to scold her for trying to just take whatever her sisters have that she wants! She is no pushover! She's so beautiful though---that curly strawberry blonde hair and perfect skin. Gorgeous child. Calls every upper middle age man with gray hair pawpaw, which most of them love and can't help but grin at her.....this is her working on George McNeal at church.....

We played today with Courtney Raines and the kids.  They all got along BEAUTIFULLY.  Not a bit of fighting.  Just a great day outside!  Courtney even brought flowers and pots for the kids to pot little plants.  Eliza enjoyed playing with Henley!

Of all three girls, Eliza definitely is the easiest to entertain herself.  I guess that's just part of the game when you are the third child.

3-5-16

Vivian and Dale visited this weekend.  Kind of impromptu, and we had such fun!  The girls just loved them!

They were always my favorite aunt and uncle (although all of my mom's siblings are great!) so I enjoyed sharing them with my sweet littles this weekend!  Hopefully we can do it more often in the future!
