Awesome Stuff God Has Done - Graceville home

[Approx. Date] After renting for eight months, and rent continually going up and up and up every time we would get a raise, we thought about buying a house – we looked and looked and looked, but found nothing we like.  One day we drove by a house at 1003 7^th Avenue and said to each other – "why can’t we just find a nice, neat little house like that?"  Two weeks later, I drive a strange way home from work and there is a For Sale sign.  That was Sunday.  We called the owner, looked at house on Tuesday – made offer on Wednesday – accepted on Friday.  Closed one month later.  God is SO good!
